GECAC is happy to use Eleyo for easy-to-navigate online registration and payments. This online system will enable you to register for all programs, check account balances, make payments, print receipts and child care tax statements. Setting up your family profile is essential to register for GECAC's ASAP, RiTechA before & after, and/or Day Camp programs.

ASAP Program

The After School Advantage Program (ASAP) provides a safe, educational, structured, and fun afterschool program to students in elementary school. ASAP offers Academic Assistance, Enrichment Activities, and Recreation/Physical Education. ASAP works hand in hand with school personnel to provide programming that extends the regular school day and aligns with Common Core and the Quality Standards for After School Learning. ASAP is open to any student attending the school where the program is conducted.

Please Note: Plan for at least 15 minutes to complete registration. The information is not saved until complete.

HOW TO REGISTER:

Step 1 Create an Eleyo account

Step 2 (already have a login) Log in to add your child's information and set up your child's registration contract

Note: You will have to register one child at a time

Step 3 Once your registration has been reviewed and your contract has been approved, you will receive an email stating when your child may start the program. (All contracts will remain under "Pending" until you receive an acceptance call)
