• Plan for at least 15 minutes to complete registration. The information is not saved until complete.
• Every school year is a new application regardless if your student was already in program.
• One application per student. 
• Current report card required

HOW TO REGISTER:

Step 1 Create an Eleyo account

Step 2 (already have a login) Log in to add your child's information and set up your child's registration contract

Note: You will have to register one child at a time

Step 3 Once your registration has been reviewed and your contract has been approved, you will receive an email stating when your child may start the program. (All contracts will remain under "Pending" until you receive an acceptance call, email or text message)
