GECAC is happy to use Eleyo for easy-to-navigate online registration for our tutoring program. Setting up your family profile is essential to register for GECAC's multiple programs including TEACH, ASAP, RiTechA, and/or Day Camps. TEACH Program Tutoring Encourages Achievement, Coaching & Hard-work (TEACH) mentor/tutoring is the matching of a student receiving one or more below average grades with a volunteer or tutor. They meet four days a week, for 55 minutes each session. Each session allows the student and mentor to talk together and find out how each other’s day was. This bond breeds trust and a healthy, safe, comfortable environment to study in. We believe every child should be given a chance to be successful. We further believe that community volunteers; working as academic mentors and tutors, together with the school districts will provide assistance to children struggling in school the opportunity to improve academically and become successful lifelong learners. It is our mission to give every child a chance! This program is partially funded by the San Joaquin County CDBG Program Please Note: Plan for at least 15 minutes to complete registration. HOW TO REGISTER: Step 1 Select the green button that say "Enroll Now" Step 2 Create an Eleyo account. (already have a login) Log in to add your child's information and set up your child's registration contract Note: You will have to register one child at a time Step 3 Once your registration has been reviewed and your contract has been approved, you will receive an email stating when your child may start the program. (All contracts will remain under "Pending" until you receive an acceptance call, email or text message)

The volunteer must be able to balance their assignment and school. Plan for at least 15 minutes to complete registration. The information is not saved until complete. One application per volunteer. This application does not enroll students into a program. Volunteers over 18 must add themselves as an additional "relationship" in order to be able to fill out an application. Select the volunteer's name and confirm their information. Step 3 Fill out the application and submit. Step 4 Wait for GECAC admin to contact for orientation.
