BHS Program The Before High School Program (BHS) provides a safe, educational, structured, and fun before school program to students in High School. BHS offers Homework Assistance, Activities, Clubs, and Recreation. BHS works hand in hand with school personnel to provide a safe and supportive environment in the morning to ensure our kids have positive start to their day. BHS is open to any student attending the school where the program is conducted. After application process is completed, high school students can drop in when they want.

TEACH Program The TEACH Program offers free tutoring services to students facing academic risk at various locations within the San Joaquin County. Tutoring is available to students from Kinder through 12th grade. Sessions are scheduled to run 2-3 times a week, lasting 45-55 minutes each. Students receive tutoring in their most challenging subject. Tutors reach out to teachers for feedback throughout the student’s enrollment in tutoring. They use the information received to lesson plan activities tailored to the student’s needs, aiming to facilitate their academic growth. If they are unable to receive feedback from a teacher, the tutor must assess the student on their own. The primary objective of tutoring is to foster the development of strong, independent learners.
